Apparently my GSoC student needs a contributor grant to get an account
so he can post on cr.opensolaris.org.
Apparently we have a GSoC "project". But IIUC, only "Communities" can
nominate contributors/core contributors. The GSoC lacks any endorsing
community, AFAICT.
In order to enable this going forward, I'd like to propose that we
convert GSoC as a community (some of the students projects may be
endorsed by other projects as well), with student projects as ...
well... Projects.
I'd then also recommend that we give Core Contributor grants to the GSoC
mentors (and coordinator) and Contributor grants to the students.
