Would you be kind enough to go into more details about:

* The two options you think are good but not easy

* What you think the "perfect" board might look like.
  Make it a fantasy board if you like, such as: Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Paul
McCartney, Al Gore and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Then say why you think that
these people would be successful where you feel the current board is, hum,
lacking.

I think having real insight from OGB members would be a real boon for the
next election, both in prompting people to stand for office, and for
educating the electorate as to the real issues.
