Agreed; that thread had no governance relevance at all, and the
continued cross-posting was just a distraction.

That'd work for me.  +1

I'm slightly concerned that ogb-discuss will just become the same low
s/n forum as opensolaris-discuss, but given the repeated off-topic and
high-intensity traffic showing up here, we do need a public place to
do actual OGB business, and a moderated list would serve that purpose.
