Nonsense. There's no "failure" here. Instead, there's a properly- considered ARC and project team decision with which you personally don't agree. If we jumped in to mediate every time someone felt he wasn't getting his due, then I suspect that's pretty much all we'd ever think about. If you want to make an OGB matter of it, then (speaking as an individual OGB member) I would like to see a specific request from you specifying your dispute with the operation of this community group and what action (or actions) you'd like the OGB to consider in response. Forcing the ARC to adopt some new basis for making decisions doesn't seem to me like the sort of thing that the OGB should do -- without having community consensus that such a change is needed.
