A couple of things on this. First, this text is from past elections with the old poll app. This doesn't really make sense anymore with the new app now that there are drop downs instead. I suggest something like this: The participants below have been nominated as candidates to serve on a seven (7) member Board. The Board members shall be selected by single transferable vote. Choose up to seven (7) candidates, ordering them from most preferred (1) to least preferred (7). Second, you no longer need the text "The list is presented in random order." I made that part of the vote page on the poll app for each question. That way it won't show up on the confirmation page which was confusing some people.
