I thought that that had been handled a long time ago...I've moved several
times since then and to be honest I can't find any record of it *not* being
handled.

Please don't say things like that unless you know the circumstances. It would
have been appreciated if you had sent this to me directly first as you admit
you had lost track of me (as I had apparently lost track of you).
