Which is exactly what I thought as well. Looking around on some
newsgroups/mailing lists producing a conversion to D20 is right up there
with putting herod in charge of a creche. Sometimes its not *all* of the
game you want to convert, or examine, just a facet of it. For example in the
Dark20 piece I posted a while ago I took Traveller's damage system and
applied it to criticals hits (All critical hits cause damage to one of the 3
physical attributes). One day I will look at Skyrealms of Journe and work a
conversion of it's magic system. I will be doing a Kromozone D20. If I was
going to do a CoC D20 (Call of D20?) I wouldn't use sanity but maybe instead
make a WIL Save or loose points in WIS or CHA.
catch you all on the flipside.
