Indeed. Ryan's been moved to Special Projects...where Lisa Stevens was
until she was assigned to Star Wars (or something like that). I'd rather
not say "Ryan was fired" until I have a press release from WotC saying
"Ryan was fired."

(which would be, admittedly, a poor way to treat a guy who moved 500,000
copies of a new book in under a month)
