He had been. That's the official story.

I can't speak for anyone else, but it strikes ME as odd that someone who
pulled off such an amazing turnaround seems to be being moved out of the
public eye...I freely admit this is speculation and intuition based on
nothing more than my own paranoia, not on rumours, gossip, or 'sources'
(I have none), but, to quote Baby Herman, "The whole thing stinks like
yesterday's diapers!"

Something posted by Ryan that doesn't read that it was dictated to him
by Central Command would do much to ease my worries.
