No, it and Aria were explicitly excluded from the WotC purchase of LUG. I
can only speculate that somebody  hopes to develop those lines
independently.

As to the first point, there's rumor (on Eric Noah's page) that all the
Dangerous Journeys stuff might show up as PDFs on the Wizards site sometime
in the next year.
