Little hand written signs saying. 'Creature Collections: a monster
compendium for D&D 3rd Ed out on Oct 13th,
ask me about it' on the cash register right beside the release date for
the Monster Manual. ;-)

Possibly in some cases I know down here that I work with a good number of
gamers
that are involved in clubs and conventions so it spreads easy

RR == Rituals and Relics, advertised in the back of CC.

But there are less MM being sold than PHBs.
In the groups/club I am involved (among 30 players) we have 9 PHBs, 5 DMGs,
2 MMs and 2CCs among all.
I expect that to go to about 15PHB,7DMG,7MM and 3CC by the end of the year.

Now what I wonder about is the fact that all we have at the moment for the
setting is a Monster Book, intro and list of gods
enough to keep interest until we get a concrete setting (or even a map).
