Sorry to take so long but I am in the middle of moving to another state.  
(Ryan, is there any reason to update my resume or have you already contacted
those you plan on utilizing?)

In the final version I think you should be more specific about how to apply
for the license.  Other than that, I can't say enough good things about it.  
It is clear and reads well.  IMO, it has none of the confusion and
controversy of the OGL.

I am curious about the 5% OC requirement.  Why 5%?  And does that 5% have to
be new OC or OC referenced from another source?

This is really exciting.  I hope all of this means that the d20stl is close
to release.  I've been saving money, gathering information, and meeting a lot
of terrific people... BUT I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!  ; ) I'm ready to stop
getting ready to get ready.  Any ideas about when the d20stl will be official?
