The legal team has finished reviewing the STL itself, and I have posted their current draft to www.opengamingfoundation.org/d20.html for review. There are number of very minor language changes and one substantive change. In the section of the license dealing with a change to the license term itself, permission is now granted to continue to distribute pre-existing materials for 90 days after the change of the license, with further distribution allowable by requesting permission from Wizards.
