<snip several good bits of advice about start-up game companies>

For anyone who's here on this list because you want to start your own
game company and the OGL and d20 trademark licenses are good legs-up for
a startup in this industry: please check out the Game Publishers
Association (GPA) at www.thegpa.org. You'll find more than 100 small
press and start-up game company members who're happy to share advice,
warnings of pitfalls they negotiated successfully (or not!) themselves, etc.

Some of us have been in the industry for years. :-)
