Well, just don't use the d20 STL. That's what I did in my now-defunct
d20 character creation program.
Really, unless you're selling the program, what's the benefit of using
the d20 Logo? Maybe more downloads, but probably not that many. You
can still use the rules from the d20 SRD without using the d20 STL.
Although it pretty hard to describe the program with being able to use
the words 'd20 System'...
