Ok, here's a question for y'all....
Is there a reasonable way to use the OGL for the various netbooks being
written that convert old campaign settings, especially Dragonlance
(which just lost its offical game support!) to d20?
These books should, by all rights, use the OGL--but unless there's some
way to twist permission to use trademarks, it really isn't feasable.
Who do all these people go to to get "written permission", or can that
online use policy be consurted as permission to use the trademarks?
