The online policy isn't 'written permission' to use Wizards trademarks,
though it may be argued (with some merit) that it could be. In general, the
fan materials (netbooks) I've seen so far are blatant violations of the OGL
and d20 STL, though I admit that some are much worse than others. They all
say "D&D" in them, which is a big no-no as we are all aware.
