I am interested in any discussion of the sort. I am mostly looking into the
d20 system as a potential base for a LARP system. The Superhero setting is
just the first step. Any suggestions?

There's a D20 Supers list. A bit moribund right now, but I'm back to
work on my system (sort of a D20/Champions fusion...) and I hope to post
something this weekend....
