[ogf-d20-l] Wound effects

Do someone have a proposal of wound effect rules (i.e. rules to apply malus 
tied to remaining hit points towards total hit points) ?

I've got some ideas of mine, but I want to know if this topics has already 
been raised on this list and if any answer were given.
