Perhaps you should have the dwarves kicked out of the party.  They might be
able to join the Canadian Adventurers League (both the Moonshae Roughriders
and the Waterdeep Rough Riders are currently recruiting), but they'd be paid
in copper pieces, and have to switch all of their Attack of Opportunity
calculations to metric.
