Initially, April-June 2000.  Now, who knows.

No.  The OGL is not realy suited for software design.  It IS possible to 
write software from it, though.  There have been no indications that the SRD 
will be released in any form other than HTML.

Rest assured, however, that it will be available in MANY different formats 
(likely including XML) within a week after the SRD is officially released.

Then you have seen most of the FAQs.  The answers to your questions however, 
boil down into "it depends" which make them really unsuitable for a FAQ.
