What do you mean?  Just that the OGL would be a poor choice
of software license?  Or something else?

<nods>... you're right.

How are the existing utility people using d20 content?  Things like
OpenRPG contain excerpts from the SRD, but this seems impossible now.
Or do these folks just (a) have special permission from Dancy, or (b)
aren't worrying about it particularly?  I should probably ask them,
also.
