[ogf-d20-l] Relics and Rituals... question

Question for Clark (seeking enlightenment for all)   I was just looking at the free sample (haven't picked up the book yet), and noticed that the "Avatar" spell description makes many references to "core rulebook I" and "core rulebook II"....   I'm assuming this refers to the D&D core rulebooks and is phrased so that you aren't in violation of the D20STL.   This may seem confusing to consumers however... especially since R&R says "core rulebook II" on the cover.   Thoughts?   -John J.
