Trademark lawyers would probably eat you for lunch if you used that one.

a mark that creates a perception of association with another mark.  The
example above is clearly designed to confuse or at least demonstrate some
kind of link between your work and Wizards' works.

The 'd20' term is almost certainly too generic to trademark, but that
doesn't mean you are safe from a suit.  I suggest you consult a
knowledgeable professional before you attempt to use the term, just to be
sure you aren't getting too close to WotC's 'd20 System' mark.
