Page 2 of the 3e DMG lists "Dungeon Master" as a registered trademark of WoTC. Troll Lord Games has so far used "Referee," much to our chagrin really. There is currently a movement within the dens to begin using "Troll Lord" and "TL." If that designation sounds lame, please let me know.
