Just what we need. Another FAQ. :>
I'd personally recommend staying away from the FAQ format for something like
this, and instead working on something more in the form of a report or
guide. FAQs are fine, IMHO, except when there's a FAQ for everything.
Person A: I'm new, I have a question.
Person B: Check the FAQ.
Person A: I already did. (asks question).
Person B: You didn't read the right FAQ. Go read the other one.
Person A: OK (reads other faq). (asks question).
Person B: No, not that other FAQ. The other other FAQ.
Person A: (screams)
(BTW, yes, I'm being silly)
What I was actually going to do was attempt to put all the information in
the form of an article, since it seemed more appropriate for that format.
