"Looking for some clarification regarding the following:
1) I notice there are a lot of D20 game companies
and soon-to-be game companies on the net using WotC's
D20
System Logo. Did you folks all have to sign the D20 STL
on
the OGF website, or is there some other agreement you
had
to scribble on before you were allowed to use the logo on
your
sites and products? I certainly don't want to ass-u-me
something
here, but it seems that by sending WotC the signed
agreement
and adhering to the terms, someone can then use the D20
System
Logo on their website and products (ref. section 3, D20STL). Is
this
correct?" Those who are already using the d20 stl signed NDAs several months
ago. The card on the web page is what we all will have to sign
when the STL is ready, IIRC. I also think anyone who wants to use the
license (when it is ready) will be able to use it after they sign the
card.
