Is this correct?"   Those who are already using the d20 stl signed NDAs several months ago.   The card on the web page is what we all will have to sign when the STL is ready, IIRC.  I also think anyone who wants to use the license (when it is ready) will be able to use it after they sign the card.   Regards, Maggie
