As of today, the d20 STL is not finalized, and the d20 SRD has not been
legally released to the public. However, WotC VP Ryan Dancey has granted
tentative approval to use the material to create third-party products, so
long as you abide by the proposed license, and agree to amend your products
once the license becomes final.

All you need to do is fill out the card in the d20 STLG, though right now
the OGF site seems to be down.

The logo files are the ones posted on the web site. There is no large-scale
version.

The card is in the Guide pdf.
