If the server runs an Unix-like OS, you only need to restart the webserver, 
after checking /var/log to ensure the logs don't eat all the disk space.

But if it's a Windoz system, reboot the server TWICE. (because it has a -10 
malus on stability and boot checks :-)

PS: I'm not specially against windoz, it's fine for workstations and home 
computers, but not for servers.
