The longer the exact text you require someone to reproduce under your limited license, the less likely he is to go to the effort merely for a "thank you" citation (especially if he wants to cite work from a large number of different books). Your 26-word cite, complete with an ad for your company that would compete with ads for his own company, might turn a publisher off.
