I'm not sure if someone has done a *SRD only* version of this but I'm sure you can work
out what is new in the 3.5 SRD from this download.

There are actually a lot of changes. Check out the skills as some skills have new names
and some have been merged or removed completely.

Many other smaller things have been changed all throught the PHB.
