Probably the approach that's most likely to get a positive response for you is if you write out a corrected copy of the Section 15 notice and send it to the company, so that all they'd have to do in order to correct the mistakes is to cut & paste from your e-mail onto their Web page. You could also cc: a copy of that corrected list here, so that people using the book who might not visit the company's Web site will have a chance of running across the correct version.
