It is impractical because you'd have to have all the sources they referenced.

It is unwise re: sources not cited in your own product because if you produce an incorrect Section 15, assure them that it is correct, and then they rely on it to their detriment in litigation you might get dragged into court.

Do their whole Section 15 _only_ if you are positive about what is supposed to go into it.
