I was implying that prevailing wisdom is approximately right, but that Z typically should appear only in multi-part works and compilations since people typically choose to apply the OGL to an entire book (with the exception of a handful of people who apply it to a single article, ad, or appendix).

If you read the archives from about 6 months+ back you'll see I've stuck to this position ever since I did a close reading of the definition of OGC.
