Kal, Ryan's said on numerous times that the D20SRD is going to be released
under the OGL; if not, no d20 games would be "open."

The D20STL keeps you from taking the d20 stuff, making something different
with it, AND CALLING IT D20.

I think loosing any restrictions on the licenses has to wait until they've got
a chance to work... which will be quite a few months yet.
