If I recall correctly, Ryan has already stated that:
1) He would prefer these restrictions not exist;
2) He expects that these restrictions will not exist in the future; and
3) These restrictions are required by WotC at the present time.
If I haven't terribly mangled or misremembered his words then there isn't
much point - beyond intellectual excercise - to having this discussion.
Upon proofreading I see that my comment might be taken as being rude, which
is not the intent. My apologies in advance for not finding a more
diplomatic manner in which to convey my point.
