This is completely fine, from my point of view my stuff is written in "mock
d20" and is ready to go by Aug. I just need to convert from the document to
"true d20." e.g. I know there is going to be an Sorrerer, but I need the
rules to finish the -stat block-.

This is a little tight for me because I need to understand how xp awards and
challenge levels are done so I can playtest. I need to playtest so I can
say, "this product is for X characters of level X".

This is the real -kink- because it would come out by the time I want to have
my first product done. For example (http://fiend_games.homestead.com)
product K1 is about Goblinoids, so I would really like monster info asap,
even before the DMG info. Any thoughts on this? For people designing the
products the the PHB and MM info imho is the most important.

I have no SW plans for 2000. So this is fine for me. Maybe not for others.
I can really express an opionion on this one. Do you think SW could go open
source?

I was really hoping for a Gen Con launch but if not I will run a promotion
at Gen Con?!

I can cope. :-) However, I think some monster info should be avalible
earlier.
