The sooner the better!  Even if the various portions of 
the D20SRD are released in staggered portions, I can see 
no problem with this option.  Sure, it would be great to 
have it all at once, but the sooner that the serious 
participants to this progam can begin to piece their work 
together the sooner the gaming community can benifit from 
them.

I'm looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and giving 
it a shot myself.
