Soooooo.......
Since we are seemingly not seeing NDA's or developers copies of the SRD, can
we at least make some asumptions. How about:

1. Will the Character statblocks in the SRD look the same as those released
by WotC for thwe PHB? ie:

http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Character_Monk.asp
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Character_Cleric.asp
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Character_Wizard.asp
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Character_Rogue.asp
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Character_Fighter.asp
FROM ERIC NOAH's FACTSHEET: http://www.rpgplanet.com/dnd3e/3echaracters.htm

IE:

     Tweedledee, 10th-Level Fighter
     Human 1
     XP 45,000 2
     HP 10d10 3

     ST 13 (+1) DX 16 (+3) CN 10 (+0)
     IN 15 (+2) WI 7 (-2) CH 8 (-1) 4

     Melee Attack Bonus: 5

     First attack -- +10 (for 10th level Fighter) 6 , +1 (for ST), for a
total of +11
Second attack -- is at five less than the first, so +6
no third attack -- he doesn't have enough class-derived combat bonuses
to earn that.
Missile Attack Bonus: 5 +10 (for 10th level Fighter) 6,
+3 (for DX), for a total of +13
(for first attack; rules are yet unclear about multiple attacks
with weapons that might already have a rate of fire greater
        than 1 per round)

     Damage Bonus: +1 (for ST)

Initiative Bonus: 8 0 (wearing heavy armor) 7

Armor Class: 9 Splint Mail (AC 16) 10, no bonuses for high DX
because of the weight of this kind of armor 7

Saving Throw Bonuses: Fortitude +7, Reflex +6, Will +1 11

Special Abilities: 12 weapon specialization 13, extra melee attacks 14

     Skills: 15

Feats: 4 general feats, plus 6 feats from a limited list of
combat-related feats 16

2. Will the Spell statblocks in the SRD look the same as those released by
WotC for the PHB? IE:
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Spellbook_0500.asp
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Spellbook_0400.asp
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Spellbook_0300.asp
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Spellbook_0200.asp
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Spellbook_0100.asp
FROM ERIC NOAH's FACTSHEET: http://www.rpgplanet.com/dnd3e/3emagic.htm

IE:
     3rd Edition Spell Format

     Flame Strike
     Evocation [Fire]
     Level: Clr 5, Drd 4, Sun 5, War 5
     Components: V, S, DF
     Casting Time: 1 action
     Range: Medium (100 ft.+10 ft./level)
Area: Cylinder (10-ft. radius, 40 ft. high)
     Duration: Instantaneous
     Saving Throw: Reflex half
     Spell Resistance: Yes

A flame strike is a vertical column of divine fire roaring
downward. The spell deals 1d6 points of damage per level, to a
maximum of 15d6. Half the damage is fire damage, but the rest of
the damage results directly from divine power and is therefore not
subject to protection from elements (fire), fire shield (chill
     shield), etc

3. Will the Monster statblocks in the SRD look the same as those released by
WotC for thwe PHB? ie:
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Monster_0400.asp
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Monster_0300.asp
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/3E_Monster_0200.asp
FROM ERIC NOAH's FACTSHEET: http://www.rpgplanet.com/dnd3e/3emonsters.htm

IE:
     Beholder

     Medium Aberration
     Hit Dice: 11d8+11 (60 hp)
     Initiative: +4 (Improved Initiative)
Movement: 5 ft., Fl 20 ft. (good maneuverability)
     AC: 20 (+10 natural)
     Attacks: bite, +8 melee
     Damage: bite 2d4
Special Attacks: eye rays, +8 ranged touch
Special Defenses: all-around vision, antimagic cone, flight, feather
fall
     Saves: Fort +4, Ref +3, Will +11
     Abilities: Str 10, Dex 10, Con 12, Int 17, Wis 15, Cha 15
Skills: Hide +11, Listen +15, Knowledge (arcana) 12, Spot +20, Search
+18
Feats: Alertness, Attack on the Run, Flyby Attack, Improved Initiative,
Iron Will

The beholder is the stuff of nightmares. This creature, also
called the sphere of many eyes or the eye tyrant, appears as a
large orb dominated by a central eye and a large toothy maw, and
has 10 smaller eyes on stalks sprouting from the top of the orb.
Among adventurers, beholders are known as deadly adversaries.
Beholders speak their own language and the Common tongue

If these items are the same, a LOT of work can be done but leave blanks in
place to update when the SRD is relesed at a later time.
