Hi, Darren. I'm not permitted to say. Got to keep folks guessing. The
machines may kick in when you least expect them.

Like many of us, I am handicapped by not being a playtester and not having
seen the SRD. And for a lot of philosophical reasons I won't go into here
(because I'd bore you all silly -- ask Darren or Seanchai how long winded I
can be once I get going), I am VERY partial to rules that will feel like the
TSR/Wizards material as much as possible. So for instance, I'm playing
around with a lot of modern and near future skills; but I want to comprehend
D20 skills well before I present my ideas. If I'm shot down, I want it to be
for dumb ideas, not for cluelessness. After all, I can always use MY dumb
ideas in MY works, if they make sense there.

So look for my skill ideas just a ways down the road. Right now, I have a
class next week, and will soon go dark.
