Just a quick note that I'm changing the way I check my e-mail... I'm going to download it to my laptop in the moring and send the replies at night, rather than checking them during the day through a webmail account. The "bad" news is that I won't have the same response time during the day... the "good" news is that those annoying brackets will be gone, and I can respond at night and during the weekend!!!
