From what I can see... it is just an idea that they areFirst off I think you are trolling the list. Secondly the OGL represents a protection for both WOTC and any game company that wants to produce OGL content. D20 and OGL have long passed from "they are just thinking about stage". Thirdly life is full of risks, without some risk there is almost certainly no chance for profit ;-)
