Hoorah. A *very* good example. You start adding additional things over and
above what the law allows and the ramifications beocme very hard to pin
down.
Want a military combat game in a modern setting under the "no trademarks"
OGL - just don't use "Harrier" Jets, "Mossberg" Shotguns, "Colt" Pistols, -
Oh & no "Jeeps", "Huey" Helicopters, "Sikorski" Helicopters,
"Rimsey-Korsakov" Firearms, "MAG" Firearms or Knives, ... etc.
