First of all, "compatible with" is often a SUBJECTIVE comparison, not an
objective one (especially in this context), and it is possible to dilute or
infringe on a mark through comparison.  It is also possible to do it without
infringement, but it is the owner of the mark who makes the call as to
whether or not they feel infringed upon.  They ALWAYS have a shot at winning
in court, even if the chances are slim.

Boy, I'd hate to be you if you tried.  Microsoft doesn't play by those sorts
of rules.  I never volunteer for that kind of pain.
