Thank you. No one can claim any hidden agendas here or anything. You intend
to defend the integrity of your IP and your reputation to the extent the law
will allow, and to test that limit if need be. If someone disagrees with
your stance, they are free to do so, and even free to claim that the law is
on their side. They are even free to ultimately be proven right. But if they
