I echo this sentiment and I, too, encourage those of you out there with a
credentialed legal background to be more proactive in challenging WotC's
positions - not to be argumentative, but specifically to explore in full
depth the legal ramifications both for small publishers who WANT to play in
WotC's sandbox, and for those that might potentially want to legally bypass
it.
What we agree to now affects us forever.
