It may be interesting to note how Ronin Publishing succeeds with their
adventure Death in Freeport.  This is the first published d20 adventure
and was released at Gencon under the d20 logo.  They incorporated the
0.4 version of the d20 license.  They also used the term Dungeons and
Dragons ON THE FRONT COVER. http://www.greenronin.com/main.htm
