Death in Freeport features the line "Requires The Dungeons & Dragons (R)
Player's Handbook for use" on the cover.
They list the .02 simplified version of the OGL, and the .04 version of
the
D20 STL.

The image they have on their website is *really* small, but I blew it up
and
it looks like it says:
"A D&D Adventure for 1-5 level characters."
I could be wrong though.

Is this by using the phrase: "Requires the use of the
Dungeons & Dragons(R) Player's Handbook, Third Edition, published by
Wizards of the Coast(R)" , or is it part of some other usage?
Is it under the OGL of any version?
