This is from a layman's POV, so here goes...

Header:
>No permission is granted to reprint or redistribute this text in any
>media without the prior written consent of the Copyright Holder.
CONCERN:
This clause requires the permission of WotC to produce anything under this
license, as any Open Game Content (OGC) requires the reproduction of this
license.

Sec 1b:
>potation
WORDING:
I can't find a definition for this word.

Sec 1c:
>Open Game Content"
WORDING:
This should probably read: (d) "Open Game Content"
Note that all the following letters in this section should be advanced.

Sec 1c:
>game mechanic
CONCERN:
This isn't defined, though I think it is in keeping with the spirit of the
OGL.

Sec 1g:
>Use means to use, copy, edit, format, modify, translate and otherwise
>create Derivative Technology of Proprietary Content.
ERROR:
As defined, "use" only applies to "Proprietary Content" and not to "Open
Game Content".

Sec 5:
>You represent that Your Contributions are Your original creation and/or
>You have sufficient rights to grant the rights conveyed by this License
ERROR:
Let's assume I assign all the rights to my original creation to a third
party. This clause could be true (the contribution is my original creation)
without me having the right to release that creation. Am I missing a legal
subtlety?

Sec 9:
>The Wizards or its designated Agents may publish updated versions of
>this License. You may use any authorized version of this License
CONCERN/WORDING:
Does WotC retain the power to unauthorize versions at a later date? Are
older licenses automatically unauthorized when a newer license is released?
This isn't clear.

Sec 10:
>You MUST include a copy of this License with every copy of the Open
>Game Content You Distribute.
WORDING:
If OGC is posted on a web site ("distributed") does a link from that page to
the license constitute "includ[ing] a copy of this license"?

Sec 13:
>sublicenses
WORDING:
Is a "sublicense" the license granted to derivative works of the work that
lost its license?

Hope this helps. Thanks for running the license by us for comment before
making it official. We appreciate what you do for us Ryan.

Walter
