This may be accomplished by sending messages to this effect (it is well
stated in your message, Maggie), to any (and all) available email
mailing lists for such companies as SJG, ICE, Decipher, etc.

Maybe some of the other companies will see that the RPG market is headed
in that direction and (slim chance, but we can all hope) decide to jump
on the band wagon before they are left in the dust.  After all, with the
way that Fudge and Dominion have been doing fairly well, and with
TSR/WotC now following suit (albeit they are all doing it in different
ways, but the gist of the direction is similar) with the D20 system, the
market is changing in a major way.  

The whole concept sounds like a move in the right direction to me.  It
allows the BIG companies to get away from the low profit (and often
times no profit business of adventure modules and background settings)
so they can concentrate on the bigger projects.  Thus leaving the little
guys to do the stuff that they can do for less expense since they don't
have the large corporate overhead.
